As Novo, we want you to know that all data obtained from you is protected in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK). Your data security is provided by us, and the information taken from you is collected in line with our company policies to provide you with better service.

1. DATA OBTAINED FROM YOU

• Registration Information: Name-Surname, Date of Birth (Age), Gender, E-Mail information, country of residence.
• Profile Details: Other details provided during profile completion such as biography, interests, and other personal details, as well as photos and videos required to introduce yourself on Novo.
• Billing Information: Information regarding payments such as billing address and T.C. identification number for invoicing purposes.
• Usage Habits: Actions performed by you, online notifications obtained while active in the application, activity history, advertisements you are interested in, other users you are connected with, users you try to connect with, likes received/given, follows received/given, messages sent and received, and other data arising during the use of the application such as "kisses" sent for interaction.
• Connections: Users you have added to your Novo application account.
• Third-Party Access: Communication information you have added to the application that is open to review by 3rd parties.
• Technology Data: Information obtained from you through cookies and similar technologies.
• Data from Others: Data obtained from people who connect or try to connect with you.
• Partners and Advertisers: Information taken by these institutions if you visit our other partners and advertisers, and information provided about you by other 3rd parties.

2. YOUR RIGHTS REGARDING YOUR DATA

In accordance with the KVKK, you have the following rights:

• Requesting the update of your information if you believe it is incorrect.
• Learning whether personal data is processed and requesting information if it has been processed.
• Requesting information and documents regarding your processed data.
• Requesting correction if the results of data processing are thought to be incorrect or against your interests.
• Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad.
• Anonymization or deletion of your information within the scope of Article 7 of Law No. 6698.
• Requesting the deletion of your account.
• Requesting compensation for damages in case of loss due to unlawful processing of personal data.

KVKK DISCLOSURE TEXT

1. Definitions

• Data Controller: The person(s) who determine the purposes and means of processing personal data and are responsible for the establishment and management of the data recording system.
• Data Processor: Natural or legal persons who process personal data on behalf of the data controller.
• Application: Novo application.
• Law: Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).
• Explicit Consent: Consent given by members to use the application, indicating they have read and agreed to this entire agreement.

2. Data Controller

Your personal data obtained within the scope of the Novo application is processed by Novo Application as the data controller within the scope of the Law No. 6698. You can contact the data controller using the information in Article 12.

3. Collected Information and AI Disclosure

In addition to standard registration and payment data, users must consider the following:

Artificial Intelligence (AI) Accounts: Users should take into account that some user accounts are AI-generated bots developed by Novo software developers. Your interactions with these AI accounts are processed by automation systems to improve our services.

4. Purpose of Use

Data is used to provide better service, respond to actions from AI accounts, verify accounts via email for safety, process payments for "Novo Gold," suggest nearby users, and comply with legal requests from public institutions.

5. Sharing of Personal Data

Your data may be shared with our AI developers, other members (as part of your public profile), business partners for service continuity, and law enforcement or legal authorities upon official court orders or for the protection of legal rights.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Personal data is stored as long as necessary for business purposes. If an account is closed, data may be stored for up to 1 year to protect against unlawful or harmful behavior. If you withdraw explicit consent, data will be destroyed within 20 business days unless legal obligations require otherwise.

7. Age Policy

We do not allow people under the age of 18 to use our application. If you suspect a member is under 18, please notify us immediately.

NOVO MEMBER POLICY

By becoming a member of Novo, you agree to all the terms in this policy. If you do not agree, please cancel your membership and do not use the application.

Services Provided

• Match Request: Cost is 1 Novo Gold.
• Messaging: Cost is 25 Novo Gold.
• Kiss (Like): Cost is 1 Novo Gold.
• Photo Sharing: Available for VIP members. Cost is 100 Novo Gold per photo.

Usage Terms

• Novo Gold: Used for messaging and adding friends. Novo reserves the right to change pricing without prior notice.
• Refunds: If an account is canceled by Novo for violating terms, the user may request a refund for remaining Gold within 15 business days.
• VIP Membership: Cost is 950 Novo Gold.

Rules of Conduct

Users agree not to use racist, insulting, or derogatory language. The use of the application for pornographic, sexual, or +18 content is strictly prohibited and will lead to immediate account termination.

Intellectual Property

All designs, software, and themes within Novo are protected under Law No. 5846 and Law No. 6769. Unauthorized use will lead to legal action.

Penal Clause

If a user performs actions with the intent to harm Novo, Novo reserves the right to demand 10,000 TL as a penal clause in addition to compensation for damages.

Jurisdiction

In case of disputes, Istanbul Anadolu Courts and Execution Offices are authorized.

This agreement consists of 13 articles and is deemed to have been concluded on the date of membership.
